With De Kuyper Zero and Batched 0.0%, De Kuyper has developed innovative non-alcoholic cocktails that respond to the growing demand for mindful consumption, without compromising on taste, quality, or sustainability.

In 2021, De Kuyper took a significant step forward with the launch of De Kuyper Zero: a line of non-alcoholic cocktails developed as part of our vision, ‘Cocktail creations for every occasion’ —premium cocktail experiences for every moment and every consumer.

This development was driven by a clear global trend: more and more consumers are consciously choosing to reduce or avoid alcohol, without wanting to compromise on taste and experience. Creating a truly satisfying alcohol-free alternative proved complex, as alcohol plays a key role in flavour, mouthfeel and shelf life. Through a precise blend of botanicals and innovative flavour solutions, we succeeded in preserving the characteristic experience of cocktails.
From 2025 onwards, with Batched 0.0%, we build on this expertise and take the next step in sustainable product development. This new generation of alcohol-free ready-to-serve cocktails (≤0.05% alcohol) supports a conscious and balanced lifestyle, while maintaining the quality and complexity of classic cocktails.

Sustainable choices have also been made in the production process. The cocktails have been developed to have a longer shelf life, which reduces waste and contributes to more efficient transport and storage.
With these innovations, we demonstrate that sustainability, quality and taste can go hand in hand — and that alcohol-free does not have to mean compromise.
